Mandate and scope of cooperation between the Partners
(General Association of Independent Entrepreneurs and Craftsmen Nis/Chamber of Craftsmen Nis):
- The main function of Partners will be to ensure better business environment for SMEs in the Nisava District in Serbia.
- The SME FM will provide support to the Beneficiary at the LEDIB Programme Office Nis through the National SME Development Expert, Mrs. Danka Milojkovic, for the coordination and implementation tasks.
- Cooperation between the Partners is expected to be operational at least till 2012.
The specific LEDIB Programme support for the of business organisations in the Nisava District consists of development more than 30 projects aimed at improving the capacity of the organizations in the field of policy dialogue with the public authorities regarding SME development.
International and national experts of the LEDIB Programme have role in development of the project proposals and coordination of all activities under the improved of advocacy of business organisations, as well as the following: Trainings Programme for Business Organisations; Seminars; Conferences; Workshops; Study tours and visits; Twinning; B2B matchmaking; Certification; Support to Joint venture and license production; Cluster support; Introduction to EU directives and standards; Export promotion; Innovation promotion; Creation of affordable credit line; Support to organization of fairs and exhibitions; Database creation and Web Site establishing/up-dating.
The specific LEDIB Programme support for the General Association of Independent Entrepreneurs and Craftsmen Nis/Chamber of Craftsmen Nis, as one of business organisations in the Nisava District:
In accordance with LEDIB programme documents (Logical framework matrix and Time Schedule) and in accordance with results of the GAP analyse, the LEDIB Team has some intentions for the first set of interventions:
1. To support projects for prequalification of unemployed people from the Evidence of the National Employment Service Nis on the basis of real market needs. To find solutions for cooperation with other donors which are involved in the similar programmes which are based on practical training in concrete workshops (textile stores, construction stores, sole trade companies, etc.).
2. To support creation of dynamic Web site with business profile of all their members and to support establishment of internet connection.
3. To support professional development of their staff and their members (in accordance with using IT, with improvement business communication with local and international partners, members and stakeholders, etc.
4. To support establishment of Network of Associations of Entrepreneurs and Craftsmen in the Nisava District.
5. To support preparation and printing of Publication/books/manuals which are focused on the old crafts and craftsmen.
6. To support organisation of Conference for Craftsmen from local and international area
