Capacity Building Package for Municipalities of Nisava District

LEDIB Programme within its sub-component 1.1 Improved Services of Local Public Administration is aiming to improve the business environment in Nisava District and facilitate local economic development through support to 11 Municipalities of Nisava District (5 city and 6 non-city).

As an integral part of facilitation of local economic development capacity building is a primary task in the process of activating municipalities as partners in the process of LED of the district.

We would like to use this opportunity to issue a call for offers for consulting services as a part of the capacity building packages.

Terms of Reference for the Capacity Building Package should be used as a guide to developing offers. All offers must be submitted to LEDIB by mail to:

All offers must include:

• The Offer itself with detailed information about number of experts, expert days, rates and other relevant information.
• Company Profile
• Company Registration Details
• Profile and CVs of All Experts Included in the Offer
• Additional Relevant Documents and Annexes for the Offer
• Bids can be submitted for separate phases of the Capacity Building Package beside the bid for the package as a whole
