The Study Visit to Valjevo has been realised in the attention of the benefits of the Danish funded LEDIB Programme for Serbia as a specific bilateral project for the benefit for Serbia (Nisava District).

The Project beneficiaries were representatives from official LEDIB partners among the business organisations and their members:

• Regional Chamber of Economy Nis,
• Union of Engineering-Technical Organisation Nis/Association of Architect and Association of Civil Engineers Nis and General Association of Independent, Entrepreneurs and Craftsmen Nis/Chamber of Craftsmen. 

Kolubara District is a biggest Serbian center for domestic production of thermo isolation materials for construction sector. The Regional Chamber of Economy Valjevo, as an example of good domestic practice among of business organisations in Serbia, has been a host of event. They recommended us their members – SMEs representatives from textile and construction sector.

The results of project realization are the following:

Ø   Establish and facilitate communication between BOs from both districts, especially between Regional Chamber of Economy Nis and Regional Chamber of Economy Valjevo

Ø   Establish and facilitate communication between BOs members (SMEs, entrepreneurs and craftsmen from Textile Sector and Construction Sector, from both districts).

Ø   Realization of bilateral meetings between appropriate participants after plenary meeting

Ø   Creation of possibilities for making business agreements

Ø   Creation of possibilities for making twining arrangements between BOs from the both district

Ø   Promote B2B matchmaking between the participants
