The Project Management Follow-up Training was organized in accordance with identified needs and requests of the LEDIB BOs Partners: The Regional Chamber of Economy Nis, The Union of Engineering-Technical Organizations Nis/The Association of Architects and Civil-Engineers, The Association of Entrepreneurs, The City Customers Organization, as well as representatives of the Business Development Services from Nisava District.

22 representatives of business organizations attended the training. *List of Training Participants

The main training objective was promotion of the Project Management discipline supported by the following software packages: MS Project and Primavera. *Training Program

The Service Provider was the Project Management Association of Serbia - YUPMA as a unique professional association for promoting and developing the area of project management in the country.

All Training participants will receive the official certificates of YUPMA and the LEDIB Programme after the successfull completion of Project Management training package, which consists of six sessions:

1. Concept and Procedures of Project Management Application Supported by Software Packages

2. Introducing with Key Project Management Methods and Techniques for the purpose of software packages Uusing

3. Project Manager Role in Project Management supported by software packages

4. Management Program and Multi Project Management

5. Software Package MS Project - Practical Instructions

6. Software Package Primavera - Practical Instructions

The second session is planned for the first half of July, 2008.
