In the forthcoming period in the frame of the component Cluster Development will be realized several activities that are related to the Construction and Textile Cluster.
March 2009 - Beginning of training "Quality Management System according to the requirements of ISO9001: 2000 standards - Interpretation and Application" for the members of building clusters "Opeka - Brick".
April 2009 - Beginning of the implementation of training "Support the Introduction of QMS (Quality Management System)" for the members of the building cluster "Contructor".
April 2009 - Beginning of the implementation of training "Project Management" for the members of the building cluster "Constructor".
April 2009 - Analysis of the need to strengthen human capacity of the building clusters "Opeka - Brick" and "Start Up".
April 2009 - Organization of visit to the construction fair "Construmat 2009" for the members of building clusters of "Opeka - Brick", the Association of Construction Engineers and the Institute of Urban Planning Niš.
April 2009 - Establishing of organizational and management of the "Textile Cluster House".
May 2009 - Two three-day seminars on the topic: "Project Cycle Management, Logical framework matrix and Practical Guideline" for member of building cluster and institutions that support them in their work.
