Future Activities
Date: February - March 2009   
Members of BOs/BAs members/BDS representatives from the Niš District (City of Nis and the municipalities of Aleksinac, Merosina and Gadzin Han) through this training shall have the opportunity to improve their knowledge and skills in negotiating and communicating, as very important segments of sales.

The importance of sales techniques in the aim of improving work in their business organizations shall be mastered by participants of the training “Language of selling” in several steps:

  1. Introduction to the sales techniques

d) Treating complaints 
e) Importance of sale and education 
f) Characteristics of sale

2. Sale 

a) Sale- concept, characteristics, strategy 
b) Telephone etiquette 
c) Sales meeting-preparation, realization and conclusion 

3. Marketing and sale   

a) Marketing – concept, importance and need 
b) Mistaken beliefs about marketing 
c) Marketing strategies 

4. Business team    

a) Business team concept 
b) Roles, conflicts and the environment  
c) Trends 
d) Team work 

5. Motivation of employees   

a)Motivation of employees 
b) Rewording employees 
c) HR planning  
d) HR training and development 

In the first phase of the training cycle „Language of selling“shall be realized the first three steps with the following schedule:
