1. Organizes, on its own or together with other organizations, workshops, symposiums, presentations, consulting, seminars, fairs and manifestations, festivals and campaigns, performs consulting, submits projects and performs other types of education in order to strengthen the capacities of the cluster members;

2. Provides effective and efficient use of all available donor funds;

3. Publishes books and other publications about the issues concerning the business improvement and promotion of business interests of the cluster members;

4. Collaborates with business entities, state and scientific institutions, schools, professional associations and other organizations in our country and abroad dealing with the promotion of entrepreneurship;

5. Collects and processes scientific and technical literature from the area of entrepreneurship, business improvement and quality systems, as well as professional literature.
