On October 1, 2010, POLUX Cluster from Kikinda will organize Management in SMEs seminar consisting of topic and techniques necessary for everyday operations. Seminar is financed by the National Agency for Regional Development as a part of General Education of Management and Employees of Association Members through Trainings providing Qualifications of Mutual Interest for Association Members project.

Topics to be discussed during seminar are related to business policy, enterprise development stages, crisis management, marketing and selling and meaning, creating and brand management.
